Cancel online

Online cancellation happens in our secure billing portal, run by Stripe. If the button below doesn’t appear, use the email option: it works just as well.

In the portal, enter your billing email, confirm the email Stripe sends you, then choose Cancel plan. The portal shows your cancellation on screen, and we confirm it by email.

Cancel by email

Send support@ezclip.ai from your billing email. The subject and message are filled in for you; you don’t need to add anything. We cancel it and confirm by email. Don’t send card details.

What happens next

• During your free trial: cancel before your trial deadline and no subscription charge will be made. You keep the videos already delivered.
• On a paid plan: renewal stops; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Videos already delivered stay yours.

A timely cancellation takes effect when we receive it, even if our confirmation arrives later. No explanation is required. We show or send confirmation with the effective date. Cancellation does not cancel a separate extra-video purchase. If we charge a subscription renewal that your timely cancellation should have prevented, we refund that renewal charge.

We don’t refund part of a month, except as our Refunds & Cancellations policy describes.
