Where to send notices

Service provider: Rafael Guzman, doing business as EzClip (ezclip.ai). Send copyright notices and counter-notices by email to support@ezclip.ai with the subject “Copyright notice.”

Notice of infringement (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3))

If you own a copyright, or are authorized to act for the owner, send us a written notice with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. The copyrighted work you say is infringed, or a representative list if several works are involved.
3. The material you say infringes and enough detail for us to find it, such as specific URLs or episode IDs.
4. Your name, address, phone number and email address.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the right allegedly infringed.

Please consider fair use and any permission the user may have before you send a notice. We act quickly on valid notices: we remove or disable the material and tell the affected user. If something is missing, we ask for it.

Counter-notice (17 U.S.C. §512(g))

If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send us a written counter-notice with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. The material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address and phone number; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district where EzClip may be found); and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person’s agent.

We forward a valid counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless the complainant notifies our agent that it has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the challenged activity, we will restore eligible material no earlier than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice. We may keep it unavailable for a separate Terms violation.

Repeat infringers and misuse

We end the accounts or service of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, and may suspend access while we review a notice. Knowingly misrepresenting facts in a notice or counter-notice can make you liable for damages under §512(f). We accommodate standard technical measures as §512(i) requires. We may share notices and counter-notices with the people involved to process them.

Other harmful content

For intimate or non-consensual content, impersonation, a creator that looks or sounds like you, threats or anything involving minors, use Report content. You don’t need a copyright claim to report a safety concern.
