Free trial terms
Effective date: October 19, 2026. These terms are part of the EzClip Terms.
Your trial includes 1 finished vertical video, normally 20–30 seconds and never longer than 30 seconds, for you to review and download during the 14-day trial. Complete your creator and topic setup to begin production. If our service fails to make your trial allowance available as promised, contact support; we will fix the problem or extend the trial without charging you early. Every plan gets the same 1 video during the trial.
$0. There is no setup fee and no charge during the trial. A payment card is required at sign-up so your plan can continue without a gap if you keep it.
Your trial ends 14 days after you sign up; checkout shows the exact date, and so does your confirmation email. Unless you cancel before then, Stripe charges the plan you chose on that date: US$59 a month for Weekly, US$109 a month for Creator, US$199 a month for Studio or US$349 a month for Elite, plus any applicable tax. Your plan then renews every month at that price until you cancel.
When your trial starts, we email you a confirmation with these terms, the date and amount of your first charge, and how to cancel. 7 days before the first charge, we email you a reminder with the amount, the date and a link to cancel.
Online at ezclip.ai/cancel, any time, in a few clicks. Or email support@ezclip.ai from your billing email with the subject “Cancel my EzClip trial.” Cancel before your trial ends and you are never charged.
After your trial or paid access ends, no new subscription videos are included. You keep the rights granted for videos already delivered. Download your files before the retention period ends. You can start a paid plan any time.
One free trial per person and per payment card. We may decline or end a trial that uses repeat sign-ups or someone else’s card.
Extra videos are not sold during the trial. At launch, the trial cannot be converted to a paid subscription early. Your selected paid plan begins only after the disclosed trial deadline unless you cancel. Trial credits are available during the trial; we restore the credit of an undelivered or technically failed video.
The 14-day trial includes 1 free creative redo total, on any plan. After the trial, your plan’s redos apply: 1 on Weekly, 2 on Creator, 4 on Studio or 6 on Elite a month (Terms). Further creative redos use 1 video credit each, only after you confirm. Unused free redos do not roll over. Repairs for technical defects or a material failure to follow the approved brief are free and do not use this allowance.
We may change or end the free trial for new sign-ups. A trial that has already started keeps the terms shown when it began.
