How to report
Email support@ezclip.ai with the subject “Content removal request.” You can report intimate images or videos shared without consent, AI-made intimate depictions, impersonation, a creator that looks or sounds like a real person, threats, anything involving minors, or any other breach of our Terms. The affected person or their authorized representative may ask for removal.
What to include
Your name and how to reach you; the URLs, episode IDs or other details we need to find the content; why you are reporting it; and your physical or electronic signature (a typed name is fine). For intimate content, add a short statement that you believe in good faith it was published without the depicted person’s consent, plus information identifying that person and your authority if you act for them. Don’t attach intimate images, passwords, card details or government IDs. You don’t need a court order or a copyright claim.
Removal within 48 hours
For a valid notice of a non-consensual intimate depiction, including an AI-generated one, we remove it from our service as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after receiving the notice, and make reasonable efforts to find and remove known identical copies on our service in the same period. If we need more information to find the material or confirm the request, we ask right away. We review other safety reports promptly and may restrict access while we do.
A creator that looks or sounds like you
Our catalog creators are AI-generated fictional adults intended to be original. They are not offered as replicas of real people. If a creator resembles you or a person you represent, report the creator or video and describe the resemblance. We may pause that creator or restrict content while investigating. Where a rights violation is substantiated, we stop further generation and remove or disable affected content we control, as appropriate. You do not need to own copyright to report a likeness concern.
What happens next
We confirm we received your report with a case reference and tell you the outcome or what else we need. You don’t need an account to report. We use report details only to investigate, remove content, prevent abuse and meet legal duties, and we share them only as far as those purposes require. We can remove material under our control; copies published on other services must also be reported to those services.
