Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial: 1 finished video for $0. Cancel before the trial ends, on the date shown at checkout and in your trial confirmation email, and you are never charged. See the Free trial terms.

Monthly plans

Plans renew every month at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax, until you cancel. Cancel online at ezclip.ai/cancel any time, or email support@ezclip.ai from your billing email with the subject “Cancel my EzClip subscription.” Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. A timely cancellation takes effect when we receive it. Cancellation does not cancel a separate extra-video purchase. Videos already delivered stay yours.

What we refund

We don’t refund part of a month when you cancel mid-month, use fewer episodes than your plan includes, or change your mind. Ordinary dissatisfaction, non-use or changing your mind does not entitle you to a refund of an otherwise delivered service, except where required by law. We do refund:

• duplicate or unauthorized charges, and a renewal charged after a timely cancellation;
• the unused part of a month if you cancel within 14 days of the first charge at a higher price;
• the unused part of a month if we end your paid plan for a reason other than a breach of our Terms;
• what you paid for and didn’t get, if we can’t deliver it and can’t fix it;
• a purchased extra video we can no longer provide;
• anything else the law requires.

Suspension for suspected abuse does not automatically forfeit all prepaid fees.

If an episode misses

If an episode clearly misses your approved brief or has a technical problem, write to support@ezclip.ai with the episode and the fix you need. Technical defects and a material failure to follow the approved brief are repaired without consuming a video or free-redo credit. If we cannot repair or replace the affected paid delivery, we refund the amount attributable to it; for a monthly allowance, that is the monthly charge divided by the number of included videos, unless law requires more. Creative redos follow section 9.1 of the Terms.

Extra episodes

Extra episodes are one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout. They aren’t sold during the free trial. Separately purchased extra-video credits do not expire and are not canceled when your subscription ends. The same repair and refund rules apply.

Price changes

We will email you 30 days before a change to your recurring price or another material subscription term takes effect, explaining the change, its effective date and how to cancel. You can cancel before the change. If you are charged an increased price and cancel within 14 days after that charge, we will refund the unused portion of that billing period.

How to ask for help

Contact us if you believe a charge is incorrect: write to support@ezclip.ai with your billing email, your plan or episode and a short description. You may also contact your bank or card issuer at any time; this policy does not limit nonwaivable payment-dispute rights. Never send card details by email.
