Terms of service
Effective date: September 9, 2026. These Terms are an agreement between you and Rafael Guzman, 101 West 10th Street, 605, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States (“EzClip,” “we,” “us”).
EzClip provides a monthly, human-guided creative service for short AI-assisted creator episodes. Plans currently include Creator Weekly ($149/month, four episodes), Creator ($249/month, eight episodes), or Studio ($449/month, fifteen episodes). An extra episode is $39. Episodes are up to 24 seconds. Each subscription is for one person and one channel. Plans and availability shown at checkout control if they differ from this page.
Your plan renews monthly until canceled. Payment is collected by Stripe through the Payment Link you choose. You authorize recurring charges at the displayed price, plus applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds. See Refunds & Cancellations for the repair-first policy.
You submit a creative brief and select a plan. A submitted brief is a request, not a guarantee of a particular creative outcome, release date, platform performance, followers, views, income, copyright protection, or legal clearance. Finished episodes are delivered for you to review and download first. You are responsible for deciding whether, when, and where to publish them, including YouTube after it has been proven for your use.
You may submit only material you own or have permission to use. You represent that your brief, source materials, trademarks, music, images, and instructions do not violate another person’s rights or applicable law. Do not use an AI person to represent, impersonate, or appear to be a real person without that person’s express consent. You are responsible for disclosures required by platforms or law when publishing AI-assisted content.
After full payment, and subject to these Terms, EzClip grants you a non-exclusive right to use the delivered episode for your channel and lawful business purposes. We do not promise that AI-assisted output is copyrightable, exclusive, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific platform. We may use tools from fal.ai, ElevenLabs, and OpenRouter, including Google models accessed through OpenRouter to provide the service, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.
Included repair covers a material mismatch with the approved brief or a technical delivery issue. Contact support@ezclip.ai with the episode and requested correction. Repair, re-rendering, or replacement is our first remedy. We may decline requests that introduce unlawful, unsafe, infringing, deceptive, or materially new work.
Download your delivered episodes promptly. We keep materials only as long as needed to produce, deliver, and support your episodes, subject to applicable legal obligations. We do not provide permanent file storage. See our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion requests.
You may not use EzClip to violate law, deceive audiences, infringe rights, create non-consensual likenesses, exploit minors, generate hateful or sexually explicit content, distribute malware, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or refuse service where reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, or the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” EzClip disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzClip’s total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Material changes apply prospectively. Questions should be sent to support@ezclip.ai. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Rafael Guzman is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
