The website
ezclip.ai counts visits with EzClip Insights, our own analytics, which runs on our own server. It sets no cookies, stores no identifiers and records no session replays. There are no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics scripts.
What we count: the page, the screen size, which links and buttons are clicked, how far people scroll and which form fields they start, never what you type. Nothing links these events to you or to one another. We keep them for 2 years on our server and never sell them or use them for advertising.
If you accepted optional analytics in the EzClip app, the website reuses that choice and its random visitor ID (ezinsights_visitor, 1 year; ezinsights_session, 30 minutes). It still records no replays. You can change that choice in the app at any time.
Browser storage on the website:
ezclip-sound-gate-seen (essential, session storage): remembers that you already answered the sound prompt, so it doesn’t ask again on every page.
ezclip-start-ref (essential, session storage): keeps a channel you share as inspiration on the start page while you finish your picks. It is never placed in the page address.
Your start-page topics and plan live in the page address so the link keeps your picks.
Payment
You enter your card in a secure Stripe payment field inside the EzClip app. Stripe uses its own essential cookies and similar technologies there for payments and fraud prevention, under Stripe’s cookie policy.
The EzClip app
The EzClip app at app.ezclip.ai, where you review and download your videos, uses these cookies and similar technologies:
Strictly necessary.sb-jctldkvxnikzlqbihdub-auth-token (it may be split into parts ending .0 and .1) keeps you signed in. It lasts until you sign out and is refreshed while you use the app. ezclip_optional remembers your cookie choice for 1 year.
Functional.ez_via records the referral link you arrived from, only when you arrive through one (a link with ?via=). It lasts 30 days.
Optional, only if you accept.ezinsights_visitor is a random, anonymous analytics ID that lasts 1 year, and ezinsights_session groups one visit and lasts 30 minutes. Both are cookies on ezclip.ai, so the app and the website share them and your choice. There is no third-party analytics script, and rejecting optional analytics does not stop you from using EzClip.
Card details go into Stripe’s secure payment field, which sets its own cookies under Stripe’s cookie policy.
Your choices
The website never asks for a cookie choice because it sets no optional cookies. In the EzClip app, or under Cookie preferences below, you can accept or reject optional analytics and change that choice at any time. You can clear session storage by closing the tab, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies in the app stops sign-in from working.
